"This past year Traci has contributed greatly to CAJE and the Teen Department. In concert with Carly, she developed MOTL alumni strategies that took our alumni database from 17% accuracy to close to 60% accuracy using interactive posts, videos, and thoughtful social media campaigns that she designed. She has further pitched in for our various Teen Department projects, always bringing ideas and suggestions of new tools we can use to improve upon the work we are doing."
